Senior Customer Success Manager

Own the onboarding and long-term success of our dental group clients. You'll be the primary relationship owner from implementation through renewal — working directly with DSO administrators and office managers.
Project Manager — Implementation
Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new dental group clients. You'll coordinate data collection, system configuration, and go-live across multiple stakeholders — from DSO administrators to individual office managers.
Director of Sales
Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time
Own the full revenue function as our first sales hire. You'll build pipeline, run demos tailored to each group's supply challenges, and close deals with DSO operators, group owners, and office managers at multi-location dental practices.
Senior Full-Stack Developer
Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time
Take ownership of the platform codebase and help us scale. You'll build integrations, harden the architecture, and ship features across a Next.js + PostgreSQL stack — with future integration work touching Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft.
